Booking Policies

To ensure the best experience for every guest, we kindly ask that all booking policies and consent forms be reviewed and completed prior to your appointment.

Appointments & Booking

For the best experience, we recommend arriving at least 10 - 15 minutes early and completing all required intake and consent forms prior to your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the reserved service amount.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or rescheduling requests may require prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can happen. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time in order to avoid disrupting scheduled appointments for other guests.

Appointments arriving significantly late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to our cancellation policy.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged up to 50% of the reserved service amount.

Repeated no-shows may require prepayment or limit future booking availability.
